Our property offers free parking, and it's conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, bus stop, and train station. House Rules
- No smoking allowed inside the property
- No pets, we have allergy sufferers living in the house.
- No parties or events
- Only registered guests can stay in the property.
- It must be quiet after 11 p.m. out of consideration for neighbors.
- Avoid loud music or noise on the platforms at all times of the day
- Please tidy up after yourself. Wash up any glasses/cutlery and the like that you may have used.
- Rubbish must be thrown in the rubbish bins which are located by the post boxes/key box.
- Any damage or problems must be reported to the host immediately.
- Check-in: from 3 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed)
- Check-out: no later than 11 a.m.
- Late check-out only by agreement. Extra charges may apply.
- Turn off lights, electrical appliances and lock the doors when you leave the property. (refrigerator must not be disconnected)
- Use of candles is not permitted.

Our Story
Our apartment building is rich in history, standing proudly for over 100 years. Recently, we had the privilege of taking it over, and while it still has some of its original charm, we are working hard to restore and improve it step by step. Please note that one of the bedroom windows appears dirty due to a puncture, but rest assured, it is already on our list for replacement. We are committed to continuously learning and enhancing the experience for our guests, as your satisfaction is our top priority.
